DELIVERY & PICK UP
PRICING
Delivery and collection fees are calculated based on the location of your event and the distance from Seacombe Gardens.
As a guide, delivery and next-day collection within Adelaide CBD and surrounding areas is approximately $70.
Locations closer to Seacombe Gardens may incur a lower fee, while locations further away may incur an additional charge.
Your exact delivery fee will be confirmed as part of your quote once your venue or event location is known.
BALLOONS
Events including balloon garlands will incur an additional setup fee. This is separate from the standard delivery and collection fee and accounts for the additional time required to assemble and install balloons at your venue.
The setup fee will vary depending on the size and complexity of your balloon installation and will be included in your quote.
venue access
When booking delivery, please let me know about any important venue access information, including stairs, elevators/lifts, parking/loading zones or long distances between parking and the setup area.
You are responsible for liaising with both EQ Creations and your venue to ensure suitable delivery and collection times can be arranged and that access to the venue is available.
Hire items are generally collected the following day, rather than late at night post event. Night-time collection may be available in special circumstances.
PREFER TO COLLECT?
If you have a vehicle with enough space to safely transport your selected items, you’re welcome to collect and return your hire items from Seacombe Gardens at no additional delivery cost.
Please keep in mind that some of our larger hire pieces may require a suitable vehicle, trailer or additional space to transport safely.
Collection and return times must be arranged with me prior to your event with a 1-3 day window pre and post event.
